Take WOOP with you

The WOOP app is designed to support you in your daily life. You will learn how to set goals effectively for different time spans and different life domains (health, interpersonal relations, and academics/career). The app allows you to save your goals and observe your progress. By teaching you the WOOP strategy, the app empowers you to sort out what is important in your day-to-day routine. Over time, you’ll find and achieve what you really want.

What can I do with the WOOP app?

The app guides you through the four steps Wish - Outcome - Obstacle - Plan. The app ensures that you take sufficient time (5 minutes are enough) for your WOOP and that you stick to the right order of the four steps.

The app is available in 10 different languages!

The printable WOOP kit provides everything you need to learn and use WOOP in your everyday life. The WOOP kit contains seven documents for printing. You’ll find an overview of WOOP, the WOOP exercise in written and mental format, a checklist, faqs and information on how to adapt your plans, a WOOP card that you can use as a daily reminder, and a guide for WOOP in groups.
