The WOOP app
The WOOP app is designed to support you in your daily life. You will learn how to set goals effectively for different time spans and different life domains (health, interpersonal relations, and academics/career). The app allows you to save your goals and observe your progress. By teaching you the WOOP strategy, the app empowers you to sort out what is important in your day-to-day routine. Over time, you’ll find and achieve what you really want.
What can I do with the WOOP app?
The app guides you through the four steps Wish - Outcome - Obstacle - Plan. The app ensures that you take sufficient time (5 minutes are enough) for your WOOP and that you stick to the right order of the four steps.
The app is available in 10 different languages!

How does WOOP work?
WOOP is a conscious imagination technique that triggers unconscious cognitive and motivational processes, which are then responsible for the realization of your wishes. The effect of WOOP will therefore not always be apparent immediately. Be patient. You can create as many WOOPs as you want.
Each of your WOOPs is stored in the WOOP list. Therefore your WOOPs are visible to you at any time. If you click on one of your created WOOPs, you will see a progress bar. It offers you the possibility to indicate to what extent you have come closer to your wish. You can, but do not have to, use this function.

WOOP app and WOOP kit
In addition to or instead of the WOOP App you can also use the WOOP kit. You can download it from the "get up and WOOP" page. This contains the WOOP instructions for printing and other useful information.
